You should say : forgot windows password or word / pdf files password?????

IF you are unable to access the WINDOWS Administrator account, then one of the last things she can do is crack the password.
Search for and download Windows Password Unlocker .
Burn it to a CD or usb then boot to that CD on her computer.
From there on it should be "kinda" self explainable.
If not there are a bunch of tutorials on google search on "how to use Windows Password Unlocker? "

IF you loss Word / PDF file password.
Download a office password cracker.
You can google 'Office Password Unlocker' and it will give you many options.
It wont give you your old password but make you change it so you can get in.

I forgot my xbox live passcode on Xbox
I forgot mine not too long ago and went through the system reset options for forgotten passwords.
My password is the same as my Microsoft Live (Hotmail) account so if you can remember that it should be the same as your XBOX password.

Else just use the forgotten password options to change it.
This is quite easily resolved.

Forgot password to unlock family settings on xbox 360?
I've managed to come across this from someone who called microsoft with the same problem (it seems quite common)
Go into settings Console settings Then device settings (The one with the blue screen)
Then go:
left trigger, right trigger, x, y, left bumper, right bumper, left with left stick, up with left stick, right with left stick, x

If you have trouble use the pad instead of stick, but I could only get the stick to work..

Forgot the password to tv
Good Day,
Bypassing the V-ChipLock
 After you set the lock, you need your passcode to view a V-Chip locked program, view the locked TV, cancel the lock, or enter the V-Chip lock menus. If you forget your passcode, you can view the locked TV without entering your passcode. When your password is requested, press the number 9 and QV buttons on the remote TV control at the same time. This process temporarily unlocks the TV. When entering the V-Chip Lock menu, this process deletes your old passcode and prompts you to enter a new passcode.
When changing or deleting your passcode, you must use the remote control included with this TV. You cannot use any Mitsubishi remote control from another component or a "universal" remote.
