.Jar files cannot install on the Android platform. The only mobile platform .jar files work on is BlackBerry. There was a site that claimed to convert .jar files to .apk ( an android file format) but the claim was incorrect.
Even though Android is based on Java, you cannot just pop in a .jar file and play it. It needs to be in apk format, short for android package(i presume). You need to first transfer the file to your sd card and use a file manager to find it. then click + install. I suggest ASTRO (file manager)
