When I need to choose an option from a drop down menu my tablet freezes and then internet explorer closes. I have alreadt reset to factory settings but the problem is still there.
Does this only happen with a single web site, or is it any web site with drop-down menus? Have you tried a different browser, such as Chrome or Dolphin? What version of Android is on your tablet?
