I changed a setting in the bios setup and now i cant get back into the setup screen it says press delete to enter setup but it does nothing, cant remember the setting i changed but it starts with an f i think , i was having a problem getting windows 2000 pro to boot up so i was trying to change some settings to see if i could get it to work. if i could just get back into the setup menu to change the setting back i think i can fix the problem now. i have a matsonic ms-9377c motherboard and phoenix award workstation bios v6.00pg if that helps. i cant for the life of me remember the setting i changed but i think it was next an option to optimize settings. any help would be appreciated thanx
So moving the jumper to clear the BIOS did help? Excellent, please rate me on my solution when you get the chance.
Okay this is a craps shoot but you need to move the jumper on the battery to set this bios back at defualts on the motherboard. This will let you in by force and that way you can change back what got hosed..

thanx guys i figured it out after i screwed with it for four hours, moving the jumper fixed the problem like you said. thanx again
On your motherboard see if there is a jumper to clear the bios if it is then clear it by moving the jumper. Then turn the computer back on and try going into the bios.
