My kid blocked his iphone 3g with a wrong pin code. I tried to change the sim, but it seems that the phone is blocked. please advise how can I solve the problem
The only way is to reflash a new firmware and wipe the coe as well as the phone clean.
To do this start itunes on your computer. Then connect your phone to the computer. Once itunes detected your phone hold the POWER and the HOME buttons down at the same time for about 10 seconds. Once the phone flashes off, let go of the POWER button and keep holding the HOME button until you see a message on the itunes telling you that your phone is detected and needs to be RESTORED.
