Screen issues I think that there is something wrong with my video card. I am getting two solid grey to whitish lines throughout the screen. One line is towards the top and the other is close to the middle of the screen. I plugged another monitor into this laptop and there was no lines. What could be causing this. Thanks Sean

    If the external monitor has a perfert image the the fault is the LCD screen.

    If this is the case let me know and I can give you a fix.

It's not the vedeo card, it's the LCD issue and will need to be replaced. You can order a replacement from ebay and unscrew the frame and replace the inside screen, you may need a manual to do this, contact your Laptop company for manual to replace LCD inside the LCD frame.
