Hi I just recently purchased this washer/dryer combo. Samsung wd-j1255, Having problems with the drying cycle. I have run it for the full length of drying time, several times and it is not drying the clothes. Can you please tell me what i am doing wrong? Regards Lisa
I just contacted Samsung Tech Support for my wash/dryer combo WD-J1255C.
The reply.."it is not a full dryer ...and it is not sold as a full drier.. and don't expect it to be completely dry". I queried why it is advertised as a dryer and got the same reply.
Its a great washer but why did I pay extra for the dryer combo?
