error

Question

I have two same scanner and whenever you any of them computer gives same error. Scanner screen gets locked with colorful. and Error says see manual (which i don't have) and Code: 2, 1, 0. Do you have any idea what the hack is this. Please help me out. Thanks,

uninstall the software unplug the usb cable. installt he software plug in the cable see if that fixes it.
