Need programing instructions

I need to know how to whipe out channels and reprogram channels for my uniden BC148xlt bearcat it has 16 channels and weather alert We baught it used and need programing info

Try this website here it has all uniden products http://www.uniden.com/index/manuals_results.cfm?cat=3 i believe it uses the same manual as BC248CLT
