"The BIOS can not shadow the ROM into system memory."
This is usually caused by the ROM on a card trying to use the same memory space.
Remember all of the ROMs have only the memory addresses from C800 to FFFF in the first megabyte available for shadow.
This was designed in in the first IBM PC and remains to this day.
Remove the other cards, and turn off both system ROM shadow, and video ROM shadow.

Hi, C-3851 is related to the fusing unit. Specifically, the lower roller is at an abnormally low temperature. Unfortunately you cannot reset the code in a normal manner. Konica Minolta, for health and safety reasons, make fuser related codes engineer resetable only.
I'd rather not post the procedure here, so drop me a private email and I will advise on the procedure.

You could try thechatterbox.cc toolbar which has something called keymaster in the menu which provides all the updated codes, which is where all the ones that get posted on Fixya tend to come from..
