This sounds like you're experiencing connection dropouts. Bring the receiver closer to the keyboard. If that doesn't help, try to use a different USB port.
I had a similar problem, turned out to be the receiver, not the router. Try swapping if possible the device that is receiving the Netflix signal from the router.
Try adjusting the squelch. I'm not familiar with your unit but it's worked with others. You can also try adjusting the antenna on the receiver and even moving the receiver to other positions on stage.
