Hi Sandra, it looks like you're having problems with your MagicJackPLUS system. It is a service which you pay for and should obviously be the responsibility of the service provider to help you out - evenif the prblem is actually something your end - they should be able to tell you why 'their system' is disconnecting. All (good) computer systems produce an error report or 'crash log' when they fail - so I think you should get back to Magic Jack (even if you think it's less magic just now) and explain the problem 'exactly' with a note of times and call details. It maybe doesn't seem fair that you have to do this - but the easier you make the help engineers job - the faster they should be able to pin point your problem. I don't think anyone cananswer the question youve asked as it is -- as it's not got enough info - but good luck, try and keep a cool head when complaining as the person you talk to won't have built the system and probably gets a roughride most of the day. Alternatively - cut your losses and go to of the dozens of other providers. After all - what they offer is really a product you can get most places with their badge on I guess? Best wishes

For acer 9410 you have 2 options for battery. an 8 cell battery which normally would last for 3.5 hrs. or a 6 cell battery that lasts for 2 hours. but that would depend on the application that you are using. for example, the battery will last longer if .you are just using it for email or chat compared to watching video. Why is that? its because watching video and playing games requires heavy processing thus consuming more battery. we should also remember that rechargeabu le batteries are consumable parts. it runs out in time. it is normal for it to degrade after a year. if it has'nt been a year since you purchased this computer then call acer and ask for a replacement battery. hope this helps?

the first thing I'd try is booting to the safe mode with networking and see if you can access the page. If you can, then the problem is most likely a firewall issue blocking that web page.

Open you AOL web page again, hold down the Ctrl key and hit the + or - key to adjust the font size to large or small.
