F21 (or E21) normally indicates a fault with the motor or the main control board. ... I understand that your Electrolux range is displaying error codes "E21" and "E39" and you are waiting for a part to become available to change. Based off the error codes "E21" stands for key sensor for cook place two which means a potential issue with the left board. "E39" stands for incorrect configuration. To configure your cooktop you would need to press and hold the "Warm" key, then press right front "Power" key until it beeps. Then press left front key and the configuration should start. How do I fix error code E21 on Electrolux Front loader washing machine?

It is the customer fault code. Simply turn on and turn off appliance.
E11 - problem with fill water
E21 - problem with draining water
E41 - door open
All other errors require service staff !!!

What does error code mean e21

Manual says E21 is 'Off Line'. Not much to go on there but I am guessing that is probably referring to something that is plugged into the serial ports on the side - perhaps it is looking for an external kitchen printer of something along those lines.
