Low id

Question

hello, i been reading the suggestions to solve the low id problem in emule, but when i came to the steps part, the firt one says, Step 1 Open your web browser and enter the IP address of your router (192.168.0.1). Enter username (admin) and your password (leave blank). 

Well, my problem is, where do I have to enter the IP address? I mean, the only option I have in my browser to choose from are Page options and tools (windows vista explorer). I don't know where to look. Thanks 4 your time

You TYPE that 192.168.0.1 into your web browsers address bar, and press ENTER.
