Program Files and Program Files(x86) in same computer.

I don't know to much about computers but I just got one that it seems like it has vista 64bit and 32 bit too since there are two program file folders and one of them says program files (x86). I don't understand why there are two program files folders, and Am I righ? Do I have two OS in one computer o what is this mean?

No, You have Vista 64 bit. Vista 64 bit installs the x86 folder for 32 bit applications and installs them in that folder.
