Whenever i try to scan something, it asks me what i want to scan it to. So i select "file". I press the "start in color" button, and either nothing happens, or a popup comes up and says RUNTIME ERROR and then a whole bunch of random numbers, letters and symbols.
No matter how many different ways i try, or how many time i uninstall and reinstall, it won't work.
How can i fix it? I really need to be able to use the scanner.
