E002 is a clasic Fuser error
"E002Fuser temperature too low"
Turn OFF and ON the machine, if that dosent help you need to replace the Fuser Unit.

hi 1. cheq the fuser heater lamp & thermal fuse,
2. enter in the sim mod by pressing service swich located in side the front cove you can see the $ sing at the screen left upper corner then press *4* then scroll to find the error then ok macine will re start and hope your error will go

this is a canon generic error code that points that the fixing/fusing heaters or sensor has a problem try to swtch off & on the unit, check the ac power supply maybe its not stable, if the problem persist.you have to call your service provider regarding this.
