SOURCE: problem in connecting with broadband prepaid kit
It sounds like the kit is using windows computability mode to run.
You can check this by rt clicking on the icon on your desktop
and picking properties, then click on the compatibility tab and see if there is a check next to run this.If this does not help please post back
your Ethernet card model# and the driver you have installed.

Insert operating system disk in drive.
Click Start. Click Run. Type
cmd
Hit Enter.
type in command prompt
sfc /scannow
Hit Enter
System file checker will replace the missing files.
run registry cleaner reg in out also to fix it

Sounds like a software conflict or and issue with security software. try turning off MSCONFIG startup group then try reinstalling then re-enabling the startup group

Clean the Cd with a damp clean soft cloth. and Clean your Cd player with a good Cd cleaning
Kit. Look for scratches on the CD disk.
If it has any it might be shot!!
