Functional error sc322
Sc322 is a Laser synchronization error:
Means that the laser synchronization signal cannot be detected by the main scan detector board.
Possible causes:
Poor connection of the interface harness which connects the laser synchronization detector board and the BiCU board.
Laser synchronization detector board out of position or is defective.
BiCU board is defective.
Unfortunately,unit needs service.

Yes the first answer was correct but now u r chatting witha field tech, the laser sync error is caused buy elecrtomagnetic dust.You may just remove the cover in the internal tray, that will expose your laser unit. Carefullly with short burst of compressed air, get all the dust from the laser unit, pay attn to the small board on the front right side of the laser unit that is you laser diode board, stay away from that. let me know
