You can hard reset (get back to factory defaults) your device by pressing both the soft buttons on the front-top of your PDA, while pressing them you also have to press the reset button with your pen. Then you have to unpress all of them and wait a couple of minutes for the hard reset to be completed.

how do i reset my Imate pdal ???? there is no option in the start menu,coz my windows file got corrupted and please do tell me wer is is the hard reset button on my pdal too..
