Verticle I just got this projection TV. Now the picture goes from regular size to oversize and then back. Could ti be the verticle hold? How can I fix it?

Please reset to factory settings, if problem still there check the v-sync IC.

This TV zooms the picture when a bright scene is on the screen. When there's a picture that is dark, the reception is normal. When there is something bright on the screen, it's as though someone is pushing a zoom button & the picture expands sending the top & bottom portions off the screen.



Sometimes when a mixed picture that is a little bright appears on the screen, then the TV just jumps as though the horizontal or vertical hold is faulty. This TV is about 15 years old.
