Please follow below steps , 1.right click on mycomputer and select manage 2.select disk management 3.right click on the USB drive and select format. please rate this solution
Conect it to your pc and format it some time this happend went you deleted the file in the mp3 player went you formated try to load it again , i hope this be helfull if you have any douht contactme

bearshare won't reconized my mp3 player,it say that play for sure doesn't support it
