Ok wat ya need to do is get the drivers offa ya CD that came with ya scanner.. install the software on ya PC as per instructions when ya run the setup. Or from DLed files. I think I found some drivers here... I "Googled" AcerScan 320P driver download www.helpdrivers.com/ingles/listado/ dow.asp?codigo=33849 NEVER insert ya USB cable... BEFORE you install any software. Install software & driver first. If parallel NEVER install software B4 ya Connect ya Cable. Connect up and then setup software.
