If you have access to the manager software for your system? you can select the user who's calls you wish to forward and set up and unconditional forward. If you don't have access to the Manager software you can do it on your phone with a couple of shortcodes, the default ones are : -
*07*N# - use this one to set the number you wish to forward to
*01 - use this to turn the forward on
*02 - use this to turn the forward off
Note these are only the default settings for and IP 500 system, they may be different on yours.
