When hotsync my hand held with laptop, error occurs. If I have 350 addresses in laptop, sync will be only for 348 addresses. This gap of 2 is contant if I add or delete addresses from my laptop data base.

With your Palm Zire 21 connected to your pc, go to the link above and run through the Palm HotSync troubleshooting dialog to see if any results come up that will solve your issue.

HotSync issues are unfortunately difficult to pinpoint and often will require a software update or patch to resolve issues.
