I just replaced two Oki 182's with Oki 320's at retail POS terminals. The problem is that the printers do not advance the form a full page length (11"), when done printing and advancing to the next page. The distance that the printer advances the form is approximately 1 line short of the top of page. This is progressive, so that eventually it begins printing on the same page again. This problem occurs both in my retail (DOS) program, and when printing from windows. The problem is identical on both printers. I have tried all emulations.
11" was traction feed standard.

issuing formfeed after every page in that application?
you checked manuals which page length you set the printers to?
These you must tell. So follow the setup instructions to set correct page length. I used those until 2 years ago and I had to correct them once in a while playing with the printer buttons. Most people are accustomed to those inktjets these days. Nothing to do with emulation.
Please donate some more stars after considering me again.
