Have you run a configuration test page to find out if it really has an IP or not? If yes, have you "pinged" it? (at the command prompt type ping then a space then the IP address of the printer) see if it gets a reply.You should be able to get to the print server page (with the browser; type \\prtserver's IP in the web browser) if the unit is good.
