My PSP Go got some water on it in my bag today and lost its memory, I have tried to format the 16G on board memory but I get this error code... Any ideas? Thanks Tom

You need to call Sony. Since it is a PSP Go, chances are you are still under warranty. If you are not under warranty, they will usually fix it for cheap money.
Try this first: Go to Settings > System Settings > Restore Default Settings and then try to format it.
