Hotsync I want to over write data of my laptop on hand held. I also tried to rest the hand held but do not know how cuh time I need to push the reset button on the back.

Do you want to completely delete all the data on your palm zire if so try a hard reset (deletes everything!)

To do a hard reset:

Press and hold the power button on the front panel of the handheld.
