The only way to change to a different tower is to change phone AT&T carrier to Verizon carrier. The unlock code is your password. There is no unlock code to change towers. You have to cancel service at AT&T and start service at Verizon.

Example: Phone was on AT&T and you want on T-Mobile..
AT&T has to give you the unlock code.
In addition to that, their is another code which allows you to change carriers, again you must contact the carrier...
NO SECRET CODES FOLKS. Their are online service's that you can pay for a PUK code.
