Vertical lines problem

I was playing games suddenly the system crashed so i restarted the system. after that the system boots and a blue screen appears with some text just for a second and the system starts to reboot and the same blue screen appears. i reinstalled xp.but now the system boots and its working but with numerous vertical lines in display and crashing after few seconds,often hangs.when i was installing xp the fonts are also changed. i have nvidia geforce 6600 asus motherboard graphics integrated amd 3000+ 1.8 ghz 1 gb ram 80 gb sata hd please anyone help me thanj uuuuuuuu

The probably maybe due to 2 reasons..
1. your graphics driver is old.download the latest one from nvidia website.
2. you have fried up your gpu or the vram chips.take to a nvidia sevice center.

Did you try overclocking it?That might be the problem too.
Also remember these amd athlon 64 cpus are quite unfriendly with ddr2 vrams especially if its nvidia..

As per as your problems we have solution its also. Firstly rstart your computer and during the the booting press F8 key and go to safe mode windows after booting your system in safe mode you find your dekstop, then remove your game setup from your Pc. which u were playing, After doing its restart your pc. and run your programe. using this trips may be your problems would be overcome. Still if this problem is not solve so plz. contact me and get solution, may be i coulds solve your any type of problems either sotware or hardware. Did you formate before installation or used windows repair instllation tool? id you did use the reapir tool try to use full formate instead
