I´m having problems with my Hs850. A couple of weeks ago all of a sudden the button to lower the volume doesn´t work and seems to be deattached and I can´t have full control over my calls., If someone could help me I´ll be very satisfied!
If the button is "detached" as you say then its broken. If the headset is still under warrentee you can get a new one if not you'll need to buy one. Not fixable.
