When I sign-on to computer (booting up) I get a box that says ''Server Busy''. Then within the box is this message: This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose ''Switch To'' to activate the busy program and correct the problem.
When I click on Switch To, this will sometimes let me finish booting up, but at other times the messge just keeps coming back. This is before I sign onto the internet.
