Printer issue my printer is not printing black, it cuts off words, spits out blank pages and keeps asking me to realign the color cartriges. i realign the cartriges and press enter and it cancels the test print and asks me to realign the color cartriges again. HELP!!!! my printer is HP PSC 2175 All-In-One Printer

    i read that the ink brand could be an issue but i have only used HP cartriges. i appreciate the help. :)

I can only suggest that you should use genuine HP ink carts. Try all new carts and realign again. Hopefully it is under warranty. HP is good at exchanging.
