When it Jams, I like you to open the printer, does anything BLOCK the printers path, also are you using recyled paper or paper that has gone thru the Printer then re-used again ? Also is the carriage movig back and forth while it jams ?
Could be bad quality paper, like if its too thick or thin for the printer, check the manual. There also could be a small piece of paper previously jammed, in that case, open up the printer and investigate the problem.
It also can be if you put the paper in side ways or at an angle, since the rollers will keep it moving forward/wont correct the direction and will eventually get caught up on the sides.
