    printer will not print. say samething about usb cable. but the cable work on the canon printer

If you do not have the disk you must download the software from Internet, follow instructions below,

Click here:Official Lexmark Drivers and Software

A web page will open, follow instructions, select model, select operative system etc., and click on download .
Chose to download the file in my documents when asked.
After downloading, find the file,double click on the file ,then if you get in troubles, follow the instructions below to reset and reinstall drivers:

  • Unplug printer USB.
  • Go to control panel >> installed printers in Windows and remove (delete ) any installed printer from printer list.
  • Download driver from website, or use the disk and run the install file.
  • Follow driver installation wizard.
  • Plug back printer when prompted from installation wizard.

I am trying to install a lexmark z2320 to an emachine desktop computer
Hello. You will need to install the printer driver in your computer using the installation cd. The software shows you the instructions, as well, on how to setup the printer itself. If you don't have the installation cd, there are drivers available for download in the Lexmark website. Just click on this link to their webpage: http://bit.ly/93qQp3 . Choose the correct driver for your computer's operating system. Hope this helps.
