I just got an hp photosmart C4280 printer and it keeps saying paper jam when I try to change the inks. I have opened the front door and tried to slide the ink holders back and forth and it gets stuck on the left side.

I have the same issue with the paper jam with no paper inside. The printer has no paper in it and the page did not rip. Also there is no printer feed button on these HPs so it will not work by that route.
