Sounds like your IE is corrupt, uninstall it from Add/Remove programs, this will revert to an older version, visit Windows Updates to re-install.

SOURCE: integrated windows XP service pack 3 installed on pc.

your service pack is intergrated so you can not install any mor os on your system.try to rmove yoy service pack,which is hard to remove

SOURCE: synchronization error

This happens because you have RSS Feeds, from Microsoft, and they are losing the connection, sometimes, this can be quite normal. If you do not want the to appear any more simply turn off your RSS feeds.
