CALLING IM UNABLE TO CALL PEOPLE THAT I PROGRAM IN MY ADDRESS BOOK. WHEN I CALL SOMEONE FROM MY ADDRESS BOOK IT THE CALL DOES NOT GO THROUGH UNLESS I DIAL MANUALLY. CAN YOU PLEASE HELP ME OUT

When I make calls a prerecorded male voice answers saying the number is invalid or not in service. I can't call anyone from my address book with my 7520 or I won't get through. I think it has something to do with switching sim cards, which I have done more than once.

If you already have not figured this out- it;s a very simple fix:

go to your address book icon and press space bar
press your wheel in and select options
scroll down to 'smart dialing' and select it
change your country code to 'unknown'
change your national number length to '10'

thats it!
