Step 1. Make sure that all extensions share LINE1. LINE1 is the pair that the intercom works with.
Step 2. Are you using Vonage? If so, you may need a DSL filter to go inline between the Vonage device and the phones. This should allow the intercom function to work properly.
Be sure you are pressing the correct extension key for the phone you are attempting to call. Just press 'intercom' and the key number (from the right side of the phone marked 1-16).
