Hi there,
- Unplug
the Scanner cable from the computer.
- Unistall the Scanner
drivers from Device manager and also unistall the all the Scanner appications
- restart the
computer
- try to download
drivers from the website
- after installing
drivers and software it will ask you to connect the Scanner.
- then you can
connect the Scanner and and try to Scan.

engine scanner error
my computer is showing engine scanner error on giving command for printing to laser jet 1007 printer. what does it mean? how can I solve this problem? Please inform me on my email add. sksatyendragupta@gmail.com
