Can't print. When I clicl on printers, it say my printer is offline. how do I get back online printing?
Unplug printer power cable and USB, restart computer and empty printer cue before connecting back printer.
If that does not work reinstall printer software using the disk provided with the printer.

Click start > settings > printers.
Right click on your printer model, look at the drop down menu. Does it say "use printer online"? If not, click that line, and retry printing.
Once you reinstall drivers it should take care of the issue

the power is on. I've pulled plugs, shut down, restarted and when I click on print, it makes all of the sounds like it's going to print but it doesn't. On my screen it says printer is offline., don't know how to get it online - nothing in manual (that I can find)

my 5610 officejet will copy but not print online documents ,, it use to but now it just says documents waiting to print are... etc.. i have the disc that came with it but what i try to reinstall printer it says i have the wrong disc in.. can u solve this
