The internal alarm for the 45k interval has been reached therefore the machine warns it needs a new drum... considering the streaks its best you change it but it should be done by a tech cause although it is pretty easy to replace the internal counter has to be pushed forward for the next 45k
The drum unit needs replaced, you can order pcu 411844 from ricoh or online at a number of site

The replace Photoconductor warning is on, and the printouts have streaking lengthwise. Is the photoconductor the cause of the streaking?
