Unexpected problem I have a problem on my IC2G. Before it was ok when I used my other radio and keep my IC2G on the locker and did nothing on it for almost 4 months. When I turn the radio on here it comes , it can transmit but no sound heard on the monitor and vice versa i use the monitor to transmit no sound is heared on my IC2G but the signal meter display is ok when you receive & transmit. According to my friend it just only a matter of adjustment on the VCO I don't know where i could find that. i tried to make a down squelch to check if there's an audible sound then it's ok so I don't know why it's becoming like this where it was not been falling down before. Pls help me to solve this problem...Thanks

I think you can have problems with the speaker, if you see the signal display working when you reiceve the VCO is working. If you could check (I dont remeber if this radio has audio connectors) external speaker. If this radio has an audio conector, this conector switches the internal and external speaker and could be dirt and is not switching to the internal spk.
