I have three scanner one of them is this model. My problem when I read whith this model it omits one of the characters printed in the bar code label. Where i can find a user manual to configure the scanner. or what do i have to do to have de propper settings so it reads the complete bar code. Thank's
In the user manual for this device there should be a code book (or code pages), These are a selection of barcodes which you use to configure the device. One of the settings is to omit the barcode header (which indicates a type of barcode for instance a PART number might begin with P or a Serial number might begin with an S) This barcode system may have been initially programmed to omit these code letters Gareth

On the second one there is a Factory reset, Which might work,
you will have to print these as barcode readers will not be able to read from your screen (Just in case)
