I Have harddisk seagate PATA 40 gb and it is fully infected by virus .But main problems is that when i partition and formatting this hard disk it's show success fully completed but same condition all parttions and datas are still there .i tried Seatools low level formattiong but its same. seatools is showing harddisk is security freeze locked.How can I remove that ?
