Error Code F26

My guess is that the lens needs cleaning, and that the error code simply means "bad disc" or something similar. Best way to clean the lens is with a cotton bud/ Q-Tip moistened (not wet) with gin - nothing else works as well or as safely. This should be easy to do as you have direct access to the lens, just be gentle. If you get no luck from that then the best i can suggest is to contact panasonic direct; http://www.panasonic.com/support/ and see if they can tell you what the code means, if they do, and you need help solving the problem, please ask again.
