A blue & green box pops up in the middle of the screen with several diferent technical words and signs no matter what i do it will not go off, even when it goes to save exit.

Hi...there,
I thinks your OSD Setting time set to high... Open on screen display on your monitor, go to OSD Settings and look for OSD hold time and setting to 10 seconds. If that doesn't work...reset to Factory Resettings.
