Hello I have a problem with my phones I have two cell phones and one answering machine at home one phone that is my wifes phone can't reach the answering service at home but my cell can I erased the call forwarding and it is off and it still does it. When my wife calls me on my cell it goes through the home phone and it goes wright to it no rings just write to it, I thought I put in 4 rings to answer calls but it don't with her phone and I don't want it to reach the home number if she is calling me on my cell, frustraded to all get up can you tell me what is going on

Depending on your local telephone company and cell phone carrier, when activating or deactivating, somebody may need to answer on the other end to cancel!
