Answer machine

Question

I can't get rid of the personal greeting the the previous owner of the phone recorded. I have tried getting Virgin voicemail but it hasn't replaced the old greeting, so when people phone me they think they have got the wrong number. How do I wipe out the old greeting and record my own?

Here is the manual in case you don't have it.

Press the OGM Button, if you here their voice, press the delete button.
To record your message, press the OGM button for 2 seconds, wait to hear the beep, the OG will be blinking, speak into the microphone on the base, press stop when done.
If you want ot hear it, press OGM.
